The Central Upper Peninsula Chapter of the American Red Cross seeks an outstanding, experienced executive with a proven track record of nonprofit management experience. Candidate must be a service-oriented, highly functioning leader and manager, with a significant record of successful organizational and financial management experience, a history of successful fund-raising and community relations activities, and a strong vision with the proven ability to execute. The Executive Director must be able to work effectively with the Board of Directors, supporting staff, and must be able to lead an engaged group of volunteers.

High school diploma with some college preferred, college degree preferred (BA/BS) in administration or related field. A minimum of three years previous management experience with a Red Cross chapter or in the not-for-profit sector strongly preferred. .

The position has a salary rang from $36,000 to $40,000,
